- You can book online up to 24 hours before collection.
- For urgent requests contact us by phone or WhatsAPP +39 045 6119465
- For bike delivery to your hotel, enter the address in your booking, and we’ll bring it to you!
- Bikes are delivered to hotels between 08:00 and 09:00 in the morning, while collected from 18:00
- In case of bad weather and rain: possibility to change the date of the ride or to receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
- Cancellation up to 72 hours before collecting the bicycle: refund of the rental fee paid with a charge of €5 (administrative costs).
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before collecting the bicycle: 50% refund of the rental fee paid.
- Cancellation after this deadline: no refund applicable.
